Junior Account Manager

Full-Time in Philadelphia, PA - Client Services

Under the supervision of and in collaboration with technical and non-technical project managers, the Junior Account Manager will work with clients of all assigned projects.

You will work on a small team of incredibly supportive, collaborative managers who share the clients you will work with. This is an entry-level position with room to grow and change with your experience.

The person in this position is responsible for:

  • Client calls
  • Meeting notes
  • Weekly status report meetings
  • Vendor onboarding meetings with clients
  • Gathering requirements from clients
  • Aiding documentation
    • Feature user guides
    • Reports
    • Research
    • Planning
    • Timelines

Required Qualifications

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  2. Detail-oriented
  3. Organized
  4. Ability to collaborate well on a small team

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in the eCommerce or digital space
  2. Experience working with multiple clients
  3. Creative problem solver
